4. Legal Basis for Processing
The processing of your data is based on: your express consent given upon registering on the platform, contractual necessity to provide you with the requested services, compliance with legal obligations applicable in Bolivia (Commercial Code, tax regulations, Financial System Supervisory Authority regulations), and our legitimate interest in preventing fraud and improving our services.
